Refund Policy

Each of Hostedium’s hosting packages carries 15-day unconditional money back guarantee on them. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of your service, you will be given the refund of 70% of the contract amount.

Hostedium gives you an unconditional 15-day money back guarantee on hosting accounts for new customers who paid the first invoice with Bank Transfer (within Pakistan) or PayPal.

The 15-day period is counted from the date of the activation of the hosting package on the customer’s account.

Please note, only new customers are eligible for refunds. Old customers who already have an account and active services are not eligible for refunds on their second and onward orders.

The following methods of payments are non-refundable:

  • Bank Wire Transfers/Direct Bank Transfer (International)
  • Western Union Payments (Local +International)
  • Mobilepaisa Payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, etc.)

Following methods of payments are refundable:

  • Local Bank Transfers/Deposits
  • Paypal/Skrill

NOTE: There are no refunds on domain names purchases. Remember, domain names once purchased cannot be refunded back.

Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All international refunds are processed in U.S. dollars and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and Hostedium is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.
